1. Time is money.
Time is very precious as money is, so we must not waste time.
2.A stitch in time saves nine.
If I notice someting mistakes, I should hundle it as soon as possible.
So, I need not bear more heavy it.
3.There's no time like the present.
Now is the best time for me to do something.
4. Fashionable late.
It is too late time to be popular something.
Please explain what you think are the meanings of each of the 4 expressions.

When do you feel you're wasting og time?
The last comment of number 4 is not correct. Look around at other blogs for a correct answer. It is about being late to a function.
